Cancellations, Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns

Our goal is that you would not need to return any item that you purchased from us. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase or it arrives damaged by the shipping service, you must contact us within 30 days of the ship date at fletchersgiftsandmore@gmail.com. We want to work with you find the perfect resolution to your situation and make it right.

If 30 days or more has passed since the ship date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

If the item is returned damaged, used, or in different packaging, prior to discussing these conditions with us first, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange at that time.

Custom orders are not eligible for return refund or exchange. We will verify custom orders before they are created and shipped. In that contact we will give you a proof of what it will look like and an estimated shipping timeframe.

Only before the order is created and shipped, will an item be eligible for a refund.

Sorry no refunds, returns or exchanges on used organic products.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

That's So Fletch
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Items offered in our That's So Fletch collection are not items that we create or produce. These are products that have been hand selected to provide as part of our little boutique and therefore we have separate policies.

We will gladly except returns and exchanges for products in the That's So Fletch collection within 10 business days of your purchase. The products must be unused and the original tags must be mailed along with it. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

Pre-order items!

Occasionally we will have some preorder items. These will be advertised on Facebook @thatssofletcher and listed on this site. In order for pre-order items to make, a certain number of orders must be paid for before they can be sent to you. Which means it can take a little longer to get your items to you. But you will be updated if and when they are headed your way.

If there are not enough orders for an item, all monies will be refunded to you.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All sales are final on clearance items.
